How It All Started
Taco Mex and Gyros was born from a shared passion for good food and community. Our goal was to bring together the bold flavors of Mexican cooking with the rich, satisfying taste of Mediterranean food. From the start, we wanted to create a place where people could enjoy both cultures under one roof. Located at 6900 N Loop E Fwy, Houston, TX 77028, our restaurant is all about flavor, freshness, and fast service done right.

The inspiration came from seeing how food connects people. We grew up enjoying tacos made with care and gyros packed with flavor, and we wanted to share that love with Houston. By blending these two cuisines, we built more than a menu—we built a story of shared traditions.
